Welcome to The Little Bread Homestead. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://www.thelittlebreadhomestead.com (the “Site”) and all related content, products, services, communities, and offerings provided by The Little Bread Homestead, LLC (“The Little Bread Homestead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.

1.1 Services Covered
These Terms apply to all use of:

- Registrations and information related to speaking events
- Current and future online courses, memberships, coaching, and Christian counseling-related services delivered digitally (collectively, the “Services”).
Certain Services (such as specific courses, membership programs, coaching packages, or events) may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase or registration (“Supplemental Terms”). Supplemental Terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will control for that specific Service.
1.2 Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Services, whether or not you create an account, purchase a product, or join a community or membership.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old, and
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are under 18, you may not create an account, purchase products, or use the Services in a way that requires entering into a contract. Parents or legal guardians may use the Services and access content on behalf of their household and family, but all contractual relationships under these Terms are with the adult user.
2.2 Children Under 13
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. 2.3 Compliance With Law
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you. Your right to access the Services is revoked where these Terms or use of the Services is prohibited or conflicts with applicable law.
3. Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain Services—such as memberships, courses, or community features—you may need to create an account (“Account”) through our platform provider (currently Podia) or directly on the Site.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your Account
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Promptly update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to:
- Never share your password publicly or with anyone outside your household/family
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security at TheLittleBreadHomestead@gmail.com
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
3.3 Household/Family Use
Our resources are designed for family use. You may allow immediate household/family members to view and use purchased content under your Account, provided that:
- Only the primary adult account holder interacts with the account settings and billing
- Logins are not shared beyond your immediate household
- Content is not redistributed, resold, or shared outside your immediate family
3.4 Account Termination by You
You may request deletion or closure of your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Site or by emailing us at TheLittleBreadHomestead@gmail.com. Certain information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
4.1 Payment Processors
Paid Services (such as digital products, memberships, courses, or coaching services) are processed through third-party payment processors, currently including Stripe and/or PayPal, integrated with our platform provider Podia (collectively, “Payment Processors”).
By making a purchase, you:
- Authorize us and our Payment Processors to charge your selected payment method
- Agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those Payment Processors
We are not responsible for errors or security issues caused by any Payment Processor.
4.2 Types of Paid Services
Our Paid Services may include:
- One-time purchases (e.g., digital guides, workbooks, printables)
- Subscription-based memberships or communities with recurring billing
- Courses, coaching, or counseling packages, which may be one-time or recurring
Any specific pricing, billing cycle, and features for each Paid Service are described at the point of purchase.
4.3 Billing and Recurring Payments
If you purchase a subscription or membership with recurring payments:
- You authorize recurring charges (e.g., monthly or annually) to your payment method until you cancel
- Charges will continue automatically at the then-current rate unless you change or cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms and any Supplemental Terms
4.4 Refund Policy
- Digital Products (One-Time Purchases):
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided once a product has been purchased and delivered. - Memberships and Subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to the membership or subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Coaching and Counseling Services:
Any specific refund or rescheduling policies for coaching or counseling will be provided at the time of booking or in Supplemental Terms. Unless otherwise stated, coaching/counseling sessions are non-refundable once booked, except as required by law.
4.5 Taxes and Fees
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added to your purchase price as determined by Podia, Stripe, PayPal, or other systems we use. You are responsible for paying any such taxes that apply to your transactions.
4.6 Pricing Changes and Service Modifications
We may change prices, features, or availability of any Paid Service at any time. For active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice of material price changes before they take effect, and you may cancel prior to the change if you do not agree.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
5.1 Our Content
Unless otherwise noted, The Little Bread Homestead, LLC owns or has the right to use all:
- Site content (text, articles, videos, audio, graphics, photos, downloads, and other materials)
- Course and membership content
- Logos, trademarks, service marks, and branding (including “The Little Bread Homestead”)
- Layout, design, and overall look and feel of the Site and Services
All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 License to You (Personal Use Only)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable Supplemental Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use
- Download and/or print copies of digital materials you have purchased or accessed, solely for your personal or immediate household/family use
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, share, or sell our content or materials beyond your immediate household/family
- Upload our content to other websites, platforms, or file-sharing services
- Use our content to create derivative works (such as books, courses, or coaching programs) for commercial use
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our materials
5.3 User Content and License You Grant to Us
“User Content” means any content you submit or post to or through the Services, including:
- Comments on blog posts
- Product reviews and testimonials
- Messages or posts within community areas (to the extent visible to others)
- Any materials you voluntarily submit to us (e.g., stories, feedback, photos)
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to such content
- Your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or applicable law
You grant The Little Bread Homestead, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with:
- Operating and improving the Services
- Displaying User Content where you submitted it (e.g., comments or reviews)
- Marketing and promoting our Services (for example, using testimonials or success stories), generally with your consent and in a manner consistent with our values
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5.4 Copyright and Infringement Complaints

- Your name and contact information
- A description of the work you believe has been infringed
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 General Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own use of the Services and for all activity under your Account, including within community spaces and comments.
You agree not to use the Services:

- In any way that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
6.2 Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Upload, post, send, share, or otherwise transmit any content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another’s privacy
- Contains profanity, explicit sexual content, pornographic material, or depictions of nudity or sexual activity
- Promotes hate, bigotry, violence, or discrimination against any person or group
- Promotes or celebrates occult practices, divination, or spiritual practices inconsistent with our Christian values
- Encourages self-harm, harm to others, or illegal activities
- Engage in doctrinal debate or political debate within our communities, comments, or events, including:
- Arguing over denominational differences or attacking others’ Christian beliefs
- Using the community as a platform for partisan political campaigning or heated political arguments
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users or our team
- Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or chain messages
- Impersonate any person or entity, including The Little Bread Homestead staff, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, accounts, systems, or networks
- Use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers (except for standard search engine indexing) to access the Services
6.3 Technical Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services, except as expressly allowed by these Terms
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access or security measures used by the Services
- Overload or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or related systems
6.4 Our Rights to Enforce
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:
- Monitor use of the Services and User Content
- Remove or modify any content we determine to be in violation of these Terms or inconsistent with our values
- Suspend or terminate any user account or access to the Services for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or harmful behavior

The Services may integrate with or include links to third-party services or platforms, such as:
- Payhip (for hosting, courses, memberships, and community)
- Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal)
- Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Other websites or resources
Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or policies of third-party sites or services.
7.2 Affiliate Links and Recommendations
We may from time to time recommend or link to products or services of other companies and may earn an affiliate commission if you purchase through those links. We will aim to clearly disclose affiliate relationships where applicable.
We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of any third-party products or services
- Any issues or disputes you may have with third-party providers
Your decision to purchase from or engage with any third party is solely between you and that provider.
8. Health, Counseling, and Results Disclaimers
8.1 Educational and Informational Purposes Only
The content provided through the Services—including blog posts, emails, digital products, courses, memberships, coaching, and Christian counseling-related content—is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Site or in the Services is intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition
- Replace the advice or care of a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or other qualified health professional
- Provide legal, financial, or tax advice
You should always consult with your own qualified professionals before making changes to your health, diet, medications, mental health care, relationships, or other significant life areas.
8.2 Meg’s Role – Health and Life Coaching
Meg is a Mastery-level certified health and life coach, artist, and author. She is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or other regulated medical/mental health professional. Coaching services:
- Do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions
- Are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment or therapy
- Focus on education, support, accountability, and lifestyle changes from a holistic, Christ-centered perspective
8.3 Tom’s Role – Christian Counseling
Tom is a certified Christian Counselor. His work is pastoral and faith-based in nature, focused on:
- Spiritual encouragement
- Biblical principles
- Holistic and relational support
Tom’s services:
- Are not a substitute for licensed mental health care
- Do not create a therapist–client or doctor–patient relationship
- Should be used alongside, not in place of, care from licensed professionals where needed
8.4 No Guarantees of Results
We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, including but not limited to:
- Health improvements or healing
- Changes in weight, symptoms, or diagnoses
- Changes in marital or family relationships
- Emotional or spiritual breakthroughs
- Financial or business outcomes
Your results depend on many factors, including your own choices, circumstances, and the support you seek beyond our Services. You agree that you are fully responsible for your decisions and actions and any outcomes that result.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected
- The Services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
- The information or content provided is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
You use the Services at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LITTLE BREAD HOMESTEAD, LLC OR ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR
- ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Little Bread Homestead, LLC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
12. Termination and Suspension
12.1 By You
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have an Account, you may request its deletion as described above. Subscription cancellations are governed by Section 4.
12.2 By Us
We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time, with or without notice, including if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable law
- You engage in behavior that is abusive, harmful, or inconsistent with our Christian values and community standards
- We discontinue or materially modify the Services
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- Any licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, except as to copies of materials already lawfully downloaded for personal use
- Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification)
Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless explicitly required by law or stated in Supplemental Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Venue
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page
- We may, at our discretion, post a notice on the Site or within the Services
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Supplemental Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Little Bread Homestead, LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision on any other occasion.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, employer–employee, or agency relationship between you and The Little Bread Homestead, LLC.
15.6 Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
